For the last 15 years, Ron Adachi has been working in commercial real estate brokerage, real
estate development, hospitality, and EB-5 financing. Ron brings this expertise to PACE Equity as the national Vice President of Hospitality, overseeing hospitality strategy, assisting local market leaders with related projects and generating and nurturing leads.
With a specialty in EB-5 funding and the challenges in it, Ron saw how PACE Equity’s capital was a strong fit as a compliment and potential replacement, which would also improve the certainty of execution and project returns.
Starting his career in Hawaii with Cushman & Wakefield | ChaneyBrooks, Ron built a successful career as a commercial real estate broker before co-locating to California to become a Principal in Greenheart Development Company, a mixed-use development firm. Additionally, Ron was a Principal in TriHaven Investment Group, an EB-5 Regional Center and is currently an investor in several restaurants & hotels.
During Ron’s career, he has worked on projects and transactions in excess of $750,000,000. Ron earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Economics and International Business and his Executive MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
