Griffin Peterson has a demonstrated knowledge of contract administration, regulatory compliance and asset acquisition from years of experience in real estate. He brings expertise in identifying and analyzing value-add opportunities, managing construction projects, and locating buyers for rehabbed properties after evaluating market price and value.
Griffin is the Managing Director for PACE Equity concentrating on new developments and large-scale retrofits and rehabilitation projects for the State of Wisconsin.
Prior to joining PACE Equity, Griffin gained hands-on experience working closely with clients and buyers closing transactions in excess of $2 million in individual sales annually for Keller Williams North Shore. Griffin’s experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent overseeing contracts, legal requirements, property value, and the disbursement of funds allows him to determine the best alternative solutions for clients while maintaining the integrity of each project.
After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Griffin started his career in the music industry and became an Independent Owner and Operator after starting Raymond Records LLC, achieving over 2 million streams annually on original music.
Griffin resides in Milwaukee, WI, with nearby family, his fiancé and his dog Tully. In his spare time, he enjoys continuing to write, produce and record music, experience the newest restaurants and bars around town and hike with Tully and Emily (fiancé).
