Ron Adachi of PACE Equity Promoted to Vice President of Hospitality

PACE Equity is pleased to announce that Ron Adachi has been promoted to the newly created position of Vice President of Hospitality. Ron brings 15 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, real estate development, hospitality and EB-5 financing to the team. In his new role, Ron oversees hospitality strategy and assists his local market leaders on the West Coast nationally with related projects and generating and nurturing leads.

“In the upcoming months, my aim is to extend our reach nationally and collaborate with our local market leaders and their respective hospitality development and renovation projects,” said Adachi. I am looking forward to the opportunity to expand PACE Equity’s hospitality value proposition nationally.

Ron earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Economics and International Business and his Executive MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa before relocating back to California. During Ron’s career, he has worked on projects and transactions in excess of $7.5 million.
