PACE Equity serves Dallas and the state of Texas with commercial real estate financing for new construction, redevelopment, renovation, refinancing and renewable energy projects. Local PACE Programs

The state of Texas has two active C-PACE program administrators, the Texas PACE Authority and Lone Star PACE. Requirements vary slightly between the two authorities. Both require at least 50% of savings delivered via PACE Equity financings must be derived from utility and operating costs such as a reduction in energy/water consumption. Retroactive refinancing is allowed across authorities for up to 24 months after the installation of the final eligible improvement. For all programs, the PACE Equity Engineering and Building Optimization Team performs the required energy audit and application to the program.
