Brian Adams is the Texas Managing Director for PACE Equity.
Brian brings over 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience to PACE Equity. He has been involved in the origination and closing of over $1.5 billion of real estate financings.
His prior experience includes Sheer Capital Markets, where he was a partner and worked in managing debt and equity placement. He was a Director of Mortgage Banking with LUMENT Capital and a Senior Director and First Vice President for Institutional Property Advisors Capital Markets a Marcus and Millichap company. Brian has consistently been recognized as a top producer and has frequently been engaged to speak or provide commentary as a market expert for media publications and real estate conferences.
Brian has also been a team leader with Beal Bank loan acquisition corporation. In addition, he held CMBS originator and real estate analyst positions with Bridger Commercial Funding. He began his career with Guaranty Bank in Dallas, performing asset management for the bank’s commercial real estate construction loan portfolio.
He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
