Jacob Tomachek is a Transaction Manager for the East region at PACE Equity.
Jacob is responsible for the review, document collection, underwriting and transaction management of all projects in the East. He leads the process and manages all stakeholders from binding term sheet execution through closing.
Before joining PACE Equity, Jacob had a 7-year tenure with Phoenix Investors, LLC, the second largest private commercial real estate investment firm in the country based out of Milwaukee. During his time with Phoenix, Jacob started out as an accounting analyst and quickly advanced into the role of the company’s sole credit analyst. In the credit analyst role, Jacob underwrote and secured more than $500 million in debt and equity financing for more than 80 million square feet of industrial real estate across the country. Jacob assisted in managing the due diligence and closing process for a multitude of acquisitions as well as refinance transactions. Given his vast experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jacob was eager to bring his knowledge and experience to the PACE Equity team to assist in the company’s rapid growth as well as expanding his knowledge base within the industry.
Jacob was born, raised and currently resides in Racine, WI where he lives with his 6-year-old son, Jack. In 2017, Jacob graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater where he attained a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing. In his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going up north in the summers, golfing, attending concerts and sports games as well as volunteering over the holiday months.
