Daniel Mckenna has been working in the real estate industry since 2000. He has an extensive background in construction, development and financial management of major projects. Daniel has been predominately working for major development companies he has overseen the development of $750 Million of projects in London, United Kingdom, New York NY, San Antonio TX and South Florida.
Daniel is the South Florida Area Managing Director for PACE Equity.
Daniel graduated with an Honors Degree from Coventry University, in the UK with a degree in Building Surveying & Conservation. He is also a member with the Urban Land Institute and was elected Chartered Surveyor of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), in 2003.
He has involved in the structuring various types of deals including joint ventures, leases, power purchase agreements and complex financing arrangements. He has been responsible for planning, sourcing and developing 500 units of housing, 150,000 sf of Office, 65,000 sf of Retail, 475,000 sf of Industrial and 330 hotel keys. As a part of the overall development programs, he has been successful in delivering turnkey sustainable solution to existing buildings and new construction. Integrating solar/PV, CHP & other energy efficient technologies, and establishing financial / legal structures to make these technologies a profit center, ensuring they are a valuable asset to these projects.
