Brady Provancher is a Senior Portfolio Analyst, Capital Markets at PACE Equity
Brady assists in the execution of asset management functions for PACE Equity funded projects to ensure an efficient process. In this role, he manages the disbursement process with clients and escrow agents. Additionally, he works on portfolio balance reporting and construction budget monitoring.
Brady joined PACE Equity with a background in credit underwriting and research at a real estate investment trust.
Brady holds a bachelor’s in Finance and Real Estate from Marquette University. He currently lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and spends his free time golfing, traveling, and spending time with family.
