Andrew Freter is Director of Originations at PACE Equity.
Andrew has over 15 years of experience in credit, lending, and banking. Most recently, he served as First Vice President – Commercial Lending for a Milwaukee-based bank.
As Director of Originations, Andrew serves as a CRE financing and C-PACE expert – guiding the Managing Director Program to drive new business. He is responsible for underwriting, strategy, and capital structure guidance across PACE Equity transactions. In addition to technical expertise, Andrew provides key leadership to the originations team, leveraging his experience to provide innovative solutions to our client’s needs.
Andrew is an alumnus of Marquette University, where he earned his bachelor’s in finance and economics and his MBA. He is an avid golfer and traveler, and lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Liz.
