C-PACE financing can be used for new construction, redevelopment, renovation, and refinancing projects. PACE Equity can fund up to 30% of the capital stack for new construction and 100% for retrofit and solar projects). Since 2014, PACE Equity has funded over 200 PACE projects with a focus on delivering improved returns for our clients.

The Montana Facility Finance Authority (MFFA) administers Montana’s C-PACE program, and many jurisdictions participate in the program.
