Veronica Giordano is Managing Director at PACE Equity Finance, where she leads originations across California. She brings more than 20 years of institutional finance experience, including senior roles at Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citibank, Bank of the West-BNP Paribas, and Comerica Bank, to every transaction she structures.
Prior to joining PACE Equity Finance, Veronica spent her career at the highest levels of commercial real estate and institutional finance. As Senior Vice President at Comerica Bank and Bank of the West-BNP Paribas, she structured and analyzed transactions ranging from $10 million to $650 million across multifamily, retail, industrial, and single-purpose assets. That experience gives her an unusually sharp eye for capital stack optimization, and a clear understanding of how senior lenders evaluate risk, which translates directly into smoother, faster closings for her clients.
Veronica holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Business from New York University and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Buenos Aires. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, she has lived and worked across four continents and conducts business fluently in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
