Tim Brunow serves as Vice President of Credit at PACE Equity Finance. Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, credit underwriting, and portfolio management.
At PACE Equity Finance, Tim leads the underwriting team, overseeing credit analysis, transaction structuring, and investment committee processes. He works closely with originations and executive leadership to evaluate complex commercial real estate transactions, maintain strong underwriting standards, and support surety of execution.
Prior to joining PACE Equity Finance, Tim spent 16 years at U.S. Bank where he led underwriting and portfolio management teams across multiple regions and business lines, advising on complex transactions and driving improvements in credit processes, operational efficiency, and risk management.
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
