Tate is a Transaction Analyst at PACE Equity, leveraging his experience with sales teams and clients to underwrite, project manage and drive projects to successful closings. His experience includes business consulting with state, city, and private funding sources to fill financing gaps in complex capital stacks for projects. Tate has worked extensively with SBA loans and other non-bank forms of financing such as TIF, special purpose grants, HTC’s, and various state and city forgivable loan programs.
Tate enjoys golfing, cycling, hiking, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
