Kevin Wosko is the Managing Director for PACE Equity in Pittsburgh. He is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong background in hotel development. Throughout his career he has honed his ability to consistently work on behalf of his clients, helping them to deliver value-add projects that complement their portfolios.
Prior to joining PACE Equity he spent nearly a decade in franchise development with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Best Western and Choice Hotels International. Kevin gained vast knowledge of ground-up construction, adaptive reuse and conversion projects. He has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor for both clients and business partners.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
