Eli Terry is the New York State Managing Director at PACE Equity.
He has over a decade of experience in the real estate financial service industry and specializes in structuring the capital stack of real estate projects. Eli takes pride in helping his customers achieve their strategic objectives and achieve the optimal capitalization for their projects.
Eli is passionate about the protecting the environment now and for future generations. He very much enjoys helping his customers optimize their capital stack while simultaneously helping them build a better building, and decreasing their operational costs.
He has held several senior positions at boutique real estate capital advisory firms including JBA Equities, Cobble Hill Enterprises, and Portman Realty.
Eli graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in International Relations and has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Lehman College.
