Brian Passman is Director of Business Development at PACE Equity Finance.
Brian’s career has been rooted in originations and finance. Over the past several years, he has sourced and structured more than $350MM in CRE-linked opportunities across ground-up development, retrofit, and asset-backed bridge/mezzanine transactions. He has worked closely with family offices, brokers, and capital partners to finance complex projects such as data centers, industrial recycling facilities, and agricultural infrastructure. His deal structures have included blended capital stacks involving land and equipment, convertible debt, and hybrid equity models.
As Director of Business Development, Brian drives market growth and originations – sourcing new opportunities, shaping capital solutions, and partnering with originators to ensure client success.
Brian lives in Philadelphia, where he was born and raised. In this free time, Brian takes photos with his vintage film camera, writes screenplays or short sketch comedies, and loves trying recipes and restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie.
