Ben Sanders is a Transaction Analyst at PACE Equity.
As a Transaction Analyst, Ben is responsible for pricing incoming projects, underwriting, preparing commitments and term sheets, and assisting the sales team in every stage of the sales process. He works directly with leadership to maintain deal flow quality and consistency.
Ben is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison’s Real Estate program. Prior to PACE Equity, he assisted in directing a summer camp that positively impacted 1,500 campers per year.
Outside of work, you will likely find Ben in the woods. He is an avid outdoorsman and woodworker. His hobbies include road biking, water skiing, flyfishing, sailing, hunting, microbrewing, and backpacking.
