Our award-winning funding program, CIRRUS Low Carbon, offers a lower cost of capital when you build a lower carbon building. We provide a design specification that outlines the low carbon goals. When you use the specification, you receive a lower interest rate – it’s that simple! Our requirements are straightforward and practical. Local PACE Programs

The C-PACE program in Delaware is administered by Energize Delaware. PACE Equity financing is available in Delaware for projects including new construction, retrofits, and retroactive refinancing for improvements installed after June 2018. The maximum term for new construction and retroactive projects is 25 years minus years since construction completion. PACE Equity’s Building Optimization and Energy Engineering Teams handle the required energy audit and applications for every program.
