Atlanta’s C-PACE program is administered by Invest Atlanta. Eligible C-PACE projects include improvements that lower the building’s energy consumption or increase resiliency, including improvements to seismic resistance, flood mitigation, wind resistance, or backup power generation. Prepayable at any time, subject to step-down prepayment premium. No lockout.
