Eli Terry is the Director of Lending Partnerships at PACE Equity Finance, bringing more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate financial services. He specializes in relationship management and capital stack structuring. He builds and manages long-term lender relationships nationwide and works closely with borrowers and internal teams to integrate C-PACE financing into transactions with surety of execution.
Prior to PACE Equity Finance, Eli held senior roles at boutique real estate capital advisory firms including JBA Equities, Cobble Hill Enterprises, and Portman Realty, advising owners and developers on complex debt and equity solutions. Eli earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Lehman College.
