Clay is the Manager of Sales Enablement at PACE Equity Finance.
Clay is responsible for optimizing sales team effectiveness by developing processes, managing technology, and leveraging data to drive Originations growth. He analyzes and reports on sales metrics, optimizes the sales tech stack, and develops sales enablement collateral and streamlines workflows for the Market Development team.
Clay is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Humanities with a focus on Latin. He minored in Theatre & Drama with an Acting emphasis.
Clay spends his time reading, gaming, performing, and enjoying the company of his family and friends.
