Ryan Herchenroether

Ryan Herchenroether is a Managing Director for PACE Equity, providing funding for new commercial real estate developments and large-scale retrofits and rehabilitation projects.

Ryan has over 10 years of experience in real estate development, working in the senior housing, affordable housing and retail sectors with a particular focus on entitlements, due diligence, and feasibility. He has worked extensively on senior housing development – ranging from tertiary greenfield projects in the Midwest to Class A urban areas in Manhattan. Ryan has a background in political science, urban planning, and real estate development. He is ready to help you navigate the public private partnership model of C-PACE projects.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont, a Master of Urban Planning degree from Hunter College (CUNY) and has completed extensive graduate business coursework focused on real estate investment and development. Ryan has obtained the AICP designation from the American Institute of Certified Planners and the LEED AP BD+C designation from the US Green Building Council.

Ryan is married and has four children. He serves on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Powell, OH. He enjoys cycling in his free time.
