Nicole Robben has over fifteen years of experience in community and economic development with extensive involvement in the nonprofit and government sectors. She has spent her career working to leverage real estate and commercial corridor investments to improve the living conditions of Milwaukee residents, and as of late, has focused on real estate financing and lending. Nicole recently moved from Milwaukee to Nashville, realizing a dream to locate there.

Nicole is the Tennessee Market Leader for PACE Equity. She is working to get legislation passed to enable PACE in Tennessee.

Nicole brings to PACE Equity her passion for sustainable products and protecting the environment.  Excited to continue lending and providing support to real estate development projects, Nicole looks forward to working to expand PACE to Tennessee.

Prior to joining PACE Equity, Nicole was a lender and financial manager at the Milwaukee office of Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), the largest organization in the country supporting projects that revitalize communities through providing capital and strategy to local groups.  Prior to working at LISC, Nicole spent four years at the Department of City Development at the City of Milwaukee where she developed and directed the Milwaukee Main Street program – revitalizing commercial corridors in Milwaukee’s central city neighborhoods with a focus on cross-sector partnerships and community assets.  She began her career in Milwaukee working for Layton Boulevard West Neighbors, widely regarded as one of Milwaukee’s most effective community development corporations.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from James Madison University.  She lives in Nashville with her husband and two children.
