Lou comes from a sales background with over 25 years in real estate sales and management. He is experienced in commercial banking, commercial real estate and specialty finance. He brings a working knowledge of what developers and owners look for to get a project off the ground. He is a trusted leader with a proven track record of achievement.
As a commercial real estate capital advisor, Lou worked with clients to source and negotiate debt and equity assignments for real estate investors and developers. He has held senior positions at both local and national brokerage houses, where he managed and completed over $1 billion in transactions.
Lou’s experience includes site selection and evaluation, feasibility studies, budget analysis, capital capture, city entitlement and approval process, and construction coordination to completion and certificate of occupancy. He has useful experience for PACE Equity clients and a track record of effectively building partnerships.
Lou studied Communication and English Literature at Northeastern University in Boston, MA and is a licensed broker with the New York Department of Real Estate. In his spare time, he enjoys playing his guitar and drums.
