Joe Richlen is the Senior Vice President of Originations at PACE Equity. He is focused on meeting the important and changing needs of our clients. He is responsible for commercial and business development strategies, working closely with PACE Equity Managing Directors in the Eastern United States.
With 20 years of sales experience and a decade of executive management experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, Joe has been responsible for delivering over $0.5 billion in annual recurring revenue. His experience includes working with different size firms, always focused on sales expertise. He has been involved in several organizations in which he drove improved market valuation, including most recently, where as the VP of Sales of a large Financial Technology firm, he managed the commercial growth team and delivered on a $3.5 billion valuation.
Joe resides in Milwaukee and is an avid investor in and supporter of local businesses. When not found at PACE Equity, you might find him camping, hiking, or visiting our National Parks.
