Ethan is the Vice President of PACE Equity. While Ethan has held positions in a number of industries, his passion is in real estate. He has a proven track record of turning around challenged buildings, property/portfolio analysis and operational improvement. His interest comes from his family, on both sides. His father's father was a commercial broker in Milwaukee and his mother's father was a multifamily developer in Milwaukee. Ethan enjoys traveling, sailing, scuba diving and reading books about business failures.
